We are now seeking a person with a high degree attention to detail to assist us with overseeing the overall Quality of our fast-growing Procurement & Sustainability SaaS solution used by some of Europe's largest corporations. As responsible for Quality Assurance, you will work with the Product Manager in setting up testing routines, principles, policies, and where relevant implement both manual and automated testing scenarios. Over and above testing the application to find bugs and faults, the role calls for someone to identify and understand the user's objectives and total experience with the aim of providing the Project, Design and Developer team with useful insights, hints, and recommendations to help improve the system and UX.
You are comfortable with both automated and exploratory testing.
You should be tech savvy and proficient enough to create automated tests or at least to direct our development team to do so, but also have the patience and structure to follow through with thorough manual tests.
You will have good attention to detail, observant, structured and have the ability to set up and follow routines.
As part of new feature development, you will help the team identify and document test criteria.
You are fluent in creating documentation and confident in communicating findings and recommendations to the Produce Manager, Designers and Software Engineers.

Have finished compulsory school and either have a university degree or solid work experience.
Be both creative and tech savvy to handle exploratory and automated testing.
Be patient and structured.
Be an excellent problem solver.
Have 3+ years of experience of application testing.
Understand, and preferably able to create and manage programmatic and automated tests.
Understand, and preferably able to create and manage end-to-end user-flow testing both via software tools like Cypress (or similar) and manually.
Understand, and preferably able to create and manage UX tracking and analytics tools to gain meaningful insight into user behavior leading to recommendations for improvements or further A/B testing.
Fluent (read + write) in English (Swedish or Polish is a plus).
